It may seem like it has nothing to do with running your own online business, or marketing, but really, when you think about it, it has EVERYTHING to do with it!

How we choose to communicate with others directly influences our results in life, as well as business. I have made it a practice to tell those that I choose to surround myself with how much I love them and how awesome they truly are.
