It's time to think positively

When you start to think positively you open up so many doors in your world.

It’s not easy, but it CAN be done. I’m sure you have several years of programming to re-program. With doing a little bit each day, soon you will be on the road to being positive all the time.

Start with some positive affirmations. One very powerful one is:

I am Whole
I am Perfect
I am Strong
I am Healthy
I am Harmonious
I am Happy

These are the main things that everyone wants.

You can use the ‘I Am’ statement before anything that you are wanting to start bringing it to you.

The Universe has no choice but to give you what you ask for.

A great way to start your day is to be thankful. Before you even roll out of bed in the morning, Thank God (Goddess, Buddah, Universe, whoever your deity of choice is) for your wonderful day. Start out thinking you will have a wonderful day, and that is what the Universe will deliver to you.

It was Valentine’s Day 2009 and my husband and I had gone out to an early dinner, gone over and gotten our movie tickets, but still had time to spare. So, we walked over to the bookstore and I immediately went to the New Age section to just browse. I never buy books in a bookstore because I can always go home and get on Amazon.com and get them cheaper. However… this day was different.

I was browsing all the books in the section and my eyes kept coming back to The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. I looked at it, and it seemed interesting. I would put it down and look at some of the other books… but I kept getting drawn back to this particular book. I couldn’t put it down. It wouldn’t let me put it down. Something in my gut was saying buy this book… buy it now… you can not wait… you must buy it now. I’m one to pay attention to my instincts… so, I bought the book. We put it in the car and then went to enjoy our movie.

I got home and sometimes, when I buy books, I’ll just put them on the overloaded bookshelves to pick up later… sometimes I think I buy books just to have them in our self-imposed library… But, this time, I delved right in that night. Not only was I enthralled with the book… I was also compelled to buy the book for a few of my friends before I had even finished reading my copy.

I’ve never done this before. I was never so compelled to share something with my friends like this in my life. But this was important. My gut was just telling me I had to do this. So, I got on Amazon.com (the smart way) and bought 3 copies, along with a copy of the DVD for myself. As soon as I got them in, I composed a letter explaining my madness and mailed them off. They both ended up thanking me. And a third friend I actually hand delivered the copy. She was very thankful.

This book has changed my life… It can change yours too. I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s not the end all… it’s a starting point… but it’s a great starting point on your journey to personal freedom!
